In order to achieve this certification, they have committed many hours to training and have the qualifications to meet your vehicle needs now and in the future. Our professional, friendly service advisors/managers are highly trained in meeting customer satisfaction and vehicle needs for your best possible I-86 customer experience. They will personally listen to you and help you to navigate this process. Your service advisor/manager may make recommendations based on tech findings or factory schedule, but they will also help you prioritize and plan for future needs to maximize the life of your vehicle and keep you safe. We believe it’s important for a customer to know the safety status and condition of their vehicle at all times, so your service advisor will provide you with 100% of the information to make an informed decision!

Nathan and Ronda Whitford are the owners of I-86 Truck Repair & Auto Service, and they founded the business together in 2005. Nathan has over 40 years of experience in the repair industry. Ronda has an extensive background in business management and customer service. You can trust your vehicle in their team’s capable hands because they emphasize service excellence from the time you come through their door to the time your vehicle is handed back over, referred to as The I-86 Experience!!
Justin
(OWNER / Shop FOREMAN / ASE Certified Technician)
With the company since before 2007, Justin received his Associates in Automotive from SUNY Morrisville in 2007, then joined I-86 fulll-time upon graduation. He's a Ford Diesel & Fuel Systems Specialist, a NYS Certified Vehicle Inspector, as well as being Section 609 Certified on CFC-12, HFC-134a, HFO-1234yf, and certified Roush CleanTech propane tech. Justin is a great asset to I-86 with his diagnostics talent, reputation for solving difficult vehicle issues, and team leadership skills. He believes in treating customers like family and wants them to feel at ease with a vehicle in our hands.
Tina
(Office MANAGER)
Tina has been a valued I-86 team member since 2014. She is our Office Manager and keeps things running smoothly like an air traffic controller! Tina has her SUNY Associates Degree in Accounting, is a Senior Tax Specialist and Notary Public. Tina strives to keep the customer’s best interests at the forefront through her work. You may have spoken with Tina as she assists at the front counter and loves catching up with customers!
