They could of told us the first time it was there... wanted another $500 for that.. The parts are $33 .. We will def find another place to have our motorhome service....
Initial reply - I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations on the alignment visits with your motor home. We take all customer feedback seriously and welcome it. I will be researching your statements personally and respond to you soon. Ronda Whitford, Owner. Follow-up Reply - Thanks for your patience!... (1) To address why you weren't told about the camber adjustment bushings on the first visit: With worn/loose ball joints, it would not have been possible to know if a camber adjustment was even going to be needed until after the new ball joints were installed. You chose to replace the ball joints yourself which is fine, so when you came back and our tech proceeded with the new alignment process, it was noted that a camber adjustment was required and would need a different camber adjustment bushing to do so. At that time you authorized the toe adjustment only. (2) Estimates/pricing: We use industry-wide labor guides. The repair sources I checked (not parts stores) charged the same for parts as what we were charging. While we are not the cheapest shop in the area, we do provide friendly, professional service, quality OE parts, and a Nationwide Warranty on parts AND labor among other things. I wish you success in finding an RV repair shop that matches what you are looking for. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Ronda Whitford, Owner
