I-86 was great in fixing my screw up with a garbage bag and getting my car back to road ready. Also for checking my car over and letting me know if any further maintanence is required. Personal were friendly and answered any questions I had. I have recommended I-86 to others that I know. Again a great job done & Thank you 😊

I am always very happy with your work and the people you have working for you.

As a 26 year OTR truck driver,(13 of which I owned and operated my own trucks and trailers), I have spent my fair share of time dealing with equipment breakdowns. It's very refreshing in today's world of piss poor customer service to find a knowledgeable shop with old school values. Had to call them at 8:30 am on Saturday before Easter for a road call, and the owner himself was there within an hour with all the proper diagnostic equipment to get the job done. Had to be towed in for extensive repairs all dealing with today's EPA emissions bullshit. They were spot on with their diagnosis, they communicated with me every step of the way, took me to and picked me up from the hotel, and turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience. I have been a customer at I-86 for @ 3 years now since moving back to the area. I get my car serviced and inspected on a regular basis and couldn't be happier with they're customer service and high quality attention to detail every single time. I recently brought my Dad's 2001 truck in for a long list of needed repairs and an inspection. Every needed repair was handled expertly and any unnecessary repairs were discussed and pushed back for another time. Unlike most repair shops I've dealt with in the past. The prices are fair and the quality of the work is ALWAYS at a high standard! I don't go around giving recommendations unless I truly believe in who I'm recommending and I highly recommend I-86.
