As a 26 year OTR truck driver,(13 of which I owned and operated my own trucks and trailers), I have spent my fair share of time dealing with equipment breakdowns. It's very refreshing in today's world of piss poor customer service to find a knowledgeable shop with old school values. Had to call them at 8:30 am on Saturday before Easter for a road call, and the owner himself was there within an hour with all the proper diagnostic equipment to get the job done. Had to be towed in for extensive repairs all dealing with today's EPA emissions bullshit. They were spot on with their diagnosis, they communicated with me every step of the way, took me to and picked me up from the hotel, and turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience.
